Privacy Policy

Omega Club Arcade is a collection of free browser games run by Omega Coding Club ("we"). This policy explains what information is involved when you play, and what we do with it. The short version: we don't ask for your name or email, there are no accounts, and your game saves stay on your own device.

What we collect

• Nothing you type in. The games have no sign-up, chat, comments or forms, so we never ask for a name, email address, age, location or photo.
• Game saves and high scores. Progress and best scores are kept in your browser's local storage on your device. They are never sent to us, and we can't see them. See Cookies & ads for the full list and how to clear them.
• Basic server logs. Our website is hosted on Amazon Web Services (AWS Amplify). Like any website, the servers that deliver the pages automatically record technical details of each request, such as IP address, browser type, the page requested and the time. AWS processes these logs on our behalf to deliver the site, keep it secure and fix problems. We do not use them to identify or profile players.
• Site analytics. We use Google Analytics to count visits and see how the games are played: which pages and games are opened, how long they are played, and scores at the end of a round. Google Analytics uses cookies and records details such as browser, device type and approximate location (country or city), which we only see as totals. We have turned off Google signals and ad personalization for analytics, and we do not use it to identify players or show them ads.

Ads

Some games, starting with Fleeced!, offer optional rewarded ads: a player can choose to watch a short ad in return for an in-game bonus. Ads never play unless the player asks for one, and in-game rewards have no cash value.

Our ads come from Google AdSense, through its H5 Games Ads program. Google's ad code loads on our pages and may use cookies or similar technology, along with your IP address and browser details, to show ads, measure them and prevent fraud. • We have asked Google to treat the site as directed to children, which turns off personalized (interest-based) advertising.
• Visitors in places where the law requires it, such as the EU, UK and Switzerland, are asked for consent through Google's consent message.

Children

Our games are made for a general audience that includes children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13, and the games are built so that there is nothing to collect: no accounts, no chat and no way to share information with other players. If you believe a child has sent us personal information, contact us and we will delete it. Parents can read more in our Parents' guide.

Sharing and selling

We do not sell or rent personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. Two outside companies are involved: our hosting provider, AWS, which processes server logs on our behalf, and Google, which provides the ads and site analytics described above. We may disclose information if the law requires it.

Your rights

Depending on where you live (for example in California, other US states, the EU or the UK) you may have the right to ask what personal information we hold about you, to have it corrected or deleted, to object to how it is used and to complain to your local data protection authority. Because we don't keep accounts or player data, there is usually nothing for us to look up, but we will answer any request. You can delete your own game saves at any time by starting a new game or clearing this site's data in your browser.

Security and retention

The site is served over HTTPS. Server logs are kept only as long as our hosting provider needs them to run and secure the site. Game saves stay on your device until you clear them.

Changes

If we change how we handle information, for example when real ads are connected, we will update this page and the date at the top before the change takes effect.
